Beautiful, well-groomed and smooth hair is the dream of many women. However, they will not look neat if you do not also take care of the ends. It’s not just at the top that the hair scales can look unattractive, frizzy and dull. To avoid having to cut the ends every month, it’s a good idea to properly protect them! We’ll tell you how to do it!

Take care of your hair… comprehensively!

Hair is the adornment of every woman. It does not matter whether you opt for classic short hairstyles or long locks certainly their beautiful, healthy appearance is important to you. That’s why it’s worth taking care of them, not only applying conditioners, masks or oils, but also taking care of the ends, which affect the appearance of the whole hairstyle. In order to prevent this part of your hair from breaking and splitting, it’s worth using a few tricks that will give you a great look without cutting them off.

Whether you have high-poor or low-poor hair, there are proven ways to keep your ends in good condition. Then it’s worth using heavily moisturizing serums and oils. They are the ones that have a salutary effect on the appearance of hair. They not only nourish and moisturize them, but also protect them from water loss and fuse them together.

Protecting the ends – how to do it?

Split ends are an individual issue. Some people have it, while others do not. However, it is worth protecting them, especially if you use hot styling. Then oils, creams, hair fluids and serums often work well.

However, it is worth paying attention to the composition. Products that are actually supposed to work on your hair in the right way should not contain added alcohol. Bet on natural ingredients and gentle preparations that penetrate deep into the structure of the hair, wrapping it and making it form a kind of shield. This prevents hot air from penetrating the hair scales and damaging them. It is advisable to apply them to both dry and damp hair, and even the hair that is quite wet. Then the protection becomes comprehensive. In addition, the hair is smoothed, shiny and looks really healthy. There is one more ingredient that will not make your hair look good, and on top of that will make it sticky and oily. It’s about silicone, which used to be in virtually every product. It is worth avoiding it.

Remember, however, that even if you choose to use natural products, you shouldn’t overdo it. Use strong moisturizers 2-3 times a week. On the other hand, oils only for the ends can be used practically every day, before and after straightening your hair. If you have thin hair, choose a lightweight formula that won’t weigh it down and make it lose volume. With thicker locks you can go wild.

In addition, to increase hair hydration, which is essential for hair protection, it’s a good idea to comb your hair after using a product – even one on wet hair such as a mask or conditioner – so that the product reaches every spot. Regular, well-chosen care, combined with visits to the hairdresser once every three months, will keep your hair healthy, and on top of that, accelerate its growth. It’s also worth mentioning that, especially in summer, you should use products that protect all your hair from the sun, which can severely dry it out. Choose a light mist that will create a protective layer on their surface!
