For this purpose, you do not need to spend a fortune on special cosmetics. Just pay attention to what the cosmetic contains. Well-known ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, lipids or urea, are good for moisturizing and nourishing the skin.
We know that prolonged exposure to the sun damages our skin, as does leaving makeup residue on or smoking. The sun accelerates the signs of aging, causes skin diseases that can lead to cancer. To prevent this we use creams with sunscreens that protect against UV and UVA rays. Unfortunately, most of us use cosmetics with SPF only on the face. This is a mistake, because such parts of the body as the neckline or hands, not protected from the sun, very quickly become dry and reddened. On the skin appear discoloration and wrinkles. Therefore, it is worth using not only lotions or creams with SPF but also deeply moisturizing and nourishing.
The knees are also sometimes treated neglected by us. The skin on the legs, especially in winter is irritated, excessively calloused and dry. In daily care, it is worth remembering about scrubbing, brushing the skin and using a lubricating skin lotion. This may be a cosmetic care for irritation caused after depilation or in its composition having a small, maximum 10%, concentration of urea.
